It is a 100-hour module, 50 hours each for communication and analytical skills. Faculty members, trained by Infosys, conduct the training classes. Students learn the soft skills by performing, practicing and producing. Multimedia and interactive tools are used to simulate actual situations. Study materials, as designed by Infosys, are presented, understood and turned into actual performance by the trainees in the classroom used for the purpose. The prescribed size of a batch is between 15 and 25. The course fee is Rs.600/- per student, with a support of the same amount from the Government.
